Change order:
Before you confirm your order in the checkout, please make sure you have checked all your details and if the correct product is added to your order. If you discover you have made a mistake in your personal details or have ordered the wrong product after you have paid and confirmed your order, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately.

Cancel order:
You have the legal right to cancel your order up to 14 days after placing it, without providing a reason. You can easily do this using the button on the ‘my order’ page. If your order has already been processed and shipped, you can cancel by returning the product immediately upon receipt. Standard return conditions apply.
